Horn Cap Spring, Plunger?????

I read the thread you had regarding how to install a factory wheel with the pin, spring and plastic piece.
The pictures were good however I still do not know how the plunger, spring and plastic piece fit or where they fit? The wheel goes over the signal cancel cam. Does the plunger go in there somehow? I need to know how to put the plunger, spring and plastic piece on the wheel. Do you have any pictures or could you walk me through this simple task? Any one have a picture or diagram of how this pin, spring and small plastic piece fit? Is the pin installed upside down, etc...??
