Motor Mounts - What Are They From??

I'm doing a 2004 5.3 swap into a 67 c-20 and I'm trying to figure out the motor mounts.

1. What year are these mount from??
2. If I use these and the adapter plate to the 5.3, will a 2004 Silverado manifold, a/c and ps pump fit without cutting the frame??

I was going to use the '67 type towers but some posts say that I'll need to modify them so the exhaust won't rub.

Does anyone have any better pics of the set up I might need.
