4 Speed Clunking

I replaced my clutch over the weekend and have spent the last two days putting some miles on it breaking it in and seeing how things go.

Only thing I've noticed so far is at low speeds while I'm not pressing the gas, shifting into 2nd and 3rd I get 4 or 5 quick clunks coming from in or around the transmission.

I have no clue what it might be, and I'm hoping nothing is coming loose. But I've put the pedal down a few times so far and everything seems tight. Downshifts are solid and product no noise.

Any ideas?
