6.2L No Start Problem
OK, I've been racking my brain trying to figure out what's up with my truck not starting. The last time it ran was back in Aug. 2007 when we moved to our new house and hasn't been driven since because of a leak in the fuel line.
I've already tried to get the air out of the lines at the IP and injectors. Might have killed my batteries in the process lol. I got any water I could out of the tank and dumped in about 10 gallons of fresh fuel. The glow plugs were replaced shortly before I got the truck in 2006 and I didn't put a ton of miles on them. But that's not saying they couldn't be bad. So, does anyone have other suggestions? I'm a rookie when it comes to diesels and I don't have a ton of money to send it to a specialty shop here in town. I'd like to get it on the road for the summer so I can get some drive time in it before I tear it down, and in case we decide to move to a bigger house for my growing family.
