body patch panel locator help

I found a 70 C10 cst V8 auto with air today it in fair condition for new england but here s list of stuff I need to find to get it up to speed wanna price out the parts = or - so I know what I'm getting into

cab corners in and out
rocker panels
cab mounts steel and rubbers
floor pan parts
door window wipes (so the glass doesn't rattle)

fleetside long bed parts
over wheel wells panel

exhaust header pipes only

plan would be to slam it slap some primer on it and run it..the ac dash parts are all there but the condenser and compresssor are gone so I would like to find those parts down the road
