Question 70 c10 whats it take to lay it out

I Need Help FAST!!
ok looks like I'm going to be in a 1970 c 10 lwb fleetside and I want it low I mean flat out on the road. I plan on bagging it and a C notch on the rear but I'm lost to how low I can get the front...I plan on welding in cups just not sure what the results are going to be???

what else do I need to get it to lay out??? drop spindles?? how much?? I want to keep the origanal front member should I cut the lower A arm after I cup it do the same as drop spindles?? I want to convert to disc at some point ,so is there a way to do all this??? or do I need to do one or the other???

Help I have a low buget but lots of fab time with the welder...and I'm lost with all the info on this site

thanx Jeff
