New Guy 71 C10

Hello All,
Just towed my new project over from Texas.
71 C10 Cheyenne. Even has factory AC. 350 eng- carter\Rochester 4 barrel etc.
35o turbo trans I think.
Big project for sure as it has been used as a ranch truck for 30 years.
the Suspension is shot pretty good. Still runs.

Time for a ground up overhaul and I will be needing a lot of advise.
Very happy with the general rust free condition and the 4.11 limited slip diff.

First project is moving the fuel tank and fixing the cab rust.
I have some heavy rust above the doors on the cab.
Does anyone have experience with working on that area?
