Over heating solved
So for a little over an hour i would let it cool down and then start it up and rev the heck out of it putting that water pump to work until it reached 220 after doing that for about seven times it just leveled it self out. The radiator finally lowered and all systems are a go. And i owe all to you guys for helping me in a time of need. Hail chevy forums
