Help me decide: 2 burbs...can only keep one

OK here is the skinny.....I have 3 suburbans...one is my wife's it's a 96 4WD 3/4 with leather and whole bit. So it's off limits to me. But mine, it's a 1994 3/4 ton 4WD With a 454 and tows like a dream. But off road with the skinny tires and low to the ground stock stance, I've had to be pulled out of the sand, snow, and mud quite a few times. I had plans to get the thing lifted and have bigger tires on it. However I just acquired a third Surburban(needs engine)....it's a 1991(older body style)with no rust. It already comes lifted and with rims and tires. It has manual locks and a cherry interior. My only problem is if I invest into putting a engine in it(350 tbi), would this be a better setup than the 1994? The 1991 has a brand new 3/4 rear end and a strong 700r4 along with a good transfer case and a new flowmaster exhaust system. And I believe it's a independent front suspension in which everyone has their own opinion on and I can't tell ft it would be better or not. The 1994 is all stock except for the new magnaflow cat and muffler, replaced fuel pump, new brakes, new hydroboost, and idler arm. But it has 172,000 miles on it. Now I can't keep both....my wife has made that law because of the space it takes up. But I'm thinking that the 350 tbi for the 91 would be alot cheaper and easier to find than a 454 TBI if I had to replace the engine on the 94 later on. But which one do I keep? one thing I like about the 1994 is the AC....it's nice and cold....and I like the look of it as well. However I feel as if I have less issues with the 91 in terms of more durable things pertaining to the interior and exterior. But I also like the dash of the 94 much better. But I am told that I can change out the dash to a newer one. I'd love to see pics of that if anyone has some. But....I can only keep one. This is killing me and racking my brain right and left!!! Opinions?!?!...Questions?!?!?....HELP!!!!!!!!
