Im gonna build my ultimate daily driver/winter/work truck. Problem is...
I got a 2wd.
Im painting my g35 in a few weeks and I really dont want to drive it in the winter ever again. While its been apart Ive been driving my 85 C10 everyday and I have fallen in love with it all over again. I live in Rhode Island and we get snow so I want 4wd. Now my C10 was bought new by my dad in 85 so I really wanna keep it. How can I make good in the snow? I have searched but didnt really find anything talking about my bodystyle Can I pick up a 4wd and swap everything over to my truck? or do I have to swap my 2wd metal over to the 4wd? My truck really is a solid truck, I have a 305 but it runs great, it could use a carb and needs a water pump but thats it. Please let me know what you guys think. Here are a few pics after I did a lot of work and painted her, I saved her from the dead. |
