Why my truck hasn't been touched - landscaping
So it seems like everyone in Central PA like to purchase a truckload of mulch every spring and place it around every tree, bush and lightpole. I bought into the norm when I moved in three years ago and spent about $400-500 on mulch. As soon as I was finished my wife says "we should have just placed rock down like our old house"
 Thanks dear, should have mentioned that earlier...So now that the mulch needed replaced and weeded (actually needed it last year) we decided to go for the rock. I might cost more but it will never have to be replaced. I'm almost done with 7 tons and will probably need another 2 to finish. Now all I have to do is get Roundup to hit the weeds! NO MORE MULCH!!!!! except around my trees  Yesterday I made the turn and am finishing the back today..
