Question getting a radio out/in - 1970 c10

title says it all.

my radio is not radio-ing and my speaker is not speaking. No lights no nuthin. Could it be all that country western my dad played on it before I got it?

The fuse appears alright. But how do you get to it? From underneath the heater control, ignition, some tubes for the ventilation, and a metal bracket all seem to be in the way of getting to the radio. Does all that need to come out?

Please help
