Opinions On Tach install

Hey all. I am planning on modding my cluster a little. I dream of a No Limit billet cluster full of Auto Meter Carbon Fiber gauges, but that 800.00 is better spent toward paint and body work right now.

In the mean time, I would like to mod the good cluster I have.

I plan to do like (I think it was Gringoloco) and mod a sunpro volt gauge by adding its guts to the stock face plate.

Here are my question: My truck is med to dark blue and will have charcoal interior.

1. Should I go with white face decals or carbon fiber ones for this cluster build?

2. Should I just mount my Sunpro tach from the front, or try to make it work from behind?

Thanks for your comments and opinions. Please feel free to post some of your modified clusters. Thanks

Here is my dream cluster except no memory tach, and with carbon fiber gauges.
