How do you like your parts?
When you purchase used parts do you prefer to buy them as is or cleaned and primed. I'm mostly talking about parts that heavy surface rust or complete rust through is common. I'm asking because I'll be braking down a step bed soon. On some parts it's next to impossible to tell the extent of the rust damage untill the part is media blasted, once the part is stripped it only makes sense to apply a quality epoxy primer. Was wondering if most people would be willing to pay for the extra prep on a used part.
