I think all new cars are great, I have bought a bunch. No car/truck is an investment. If you get lucky and sell it at a profit, great. If that is how you plan to retire or feed your family in the future, well probably not the best Idea IMO. Buy and drive what you like, enjoy them ,and if you take care of them you may not loose you @$$ on it.

The only problem with that is that Chevy will not beat Ford at that game ( not now, not in 2005), Ford owns the Pony car market , it's just that simple. Ford killed the Camaro/Firebird, not GM.
