I installed a set of your Western Chassis 2.5" spindles at around the first of January and I was having trouble getting the drivers side inner bearing to go on all the way. After it was finally on, it drove fine, until recently when the truck started to make a loud scraping sound everynow and then. After a couple days of it doing that, I thought I narrowed it down to a bearing in the drivers side. I go to take the rotors off of there, and its stuck, i finally have to yank the rotor off, to find that the inner bearing had dug itself about 1/2" into the spindle. I had to cut part of the bearing to get it off to see how bad it was. I replaced the bearing and since then it has been making a semi-loud "chachacha" sound everytime the wheel turns. I couldnt find an email address for Western Chassis so I am emailing you. I was sure I put enought bearing grease on there, so i dont know what the problem was. Any way, I need to have this spindle replaced or something, because i know it is not safe driving like this. Thanks.
