Question Dual Exhaust thru bumper?

I seem to remember a board member that did a very cool setup with their exhaust.

They toke their dual exhaust setup into a wide exit pipe out the center of their bumper.

Now I either would like to try that as well of go a set further and have either one or two exhaust tips go thru a chrome bumper or roll pan.

As I plan on smoothing my tail-gate and hide the lever and have a built-in thrid tail-light.

So this is why I am in the planning stage on how the exhaust should exit the rear of my truck. What I was thinking is I would need two rear bumpers to make this work. Or just a very straight paintable one and smooth it out hiding the bolt heads. And cut two perfect holes for the tips and once complete have the bumper rechromed.

Any thoughts on what step I am screwing up on?
