what type of fan

I want to install an electric fan in my '71 1/2 ton. The problem I'm facing is limited space between the radiator and water pump pulley. I measured a Lincoln Mark VIII fan+shroud but it was too wide for the gap. I have only about 5" of room to play with.

What type of electric fan do you guys use; the entire depth has to be < or = to 5"?

I would prefer a stock type fan and shroud because the fans without the shroud don't really work in my opinion.
