Actually its an RPO listed on your SPID as "Manual Throttle". When I first saw the interior shots I thought it odd that you had the optional 4bbl 327, with a manual choke as it should have had the Choke Delete plate in place of the knob I saw there. I guess GM put the manual throttle in the choke hole of the cluster when the 327 or 396 was ordered instead of putting it below the choke hole on manual choke engines. IIRC, only the 327 and 396 trucks had divorced chokes all other engines used manual chokes.
