68 c 50 carb flooded

I could use some expert advise for my 68 c50. I had it idleing for about 40 minutes while I was loading it with a load of manure. On my way home I was stopped idling at an intersection and it died on me. Wouldn't restart. I had to let it sit for about an hour loaded with 14 yards of horse crap. LOL ( In the way of people trying to leave a sub division). Once I got it started I drove it home but when it was idling again it died and wouldn't start for about 30 minutes. The carb was cleaned this summer. Is there an adjustment I could make?

Also, I believe the carb is factory.
