Question Steering Column & Wheel

Hey gang... new member here. Just purchased a 1970 C10 4x4. It came pretty well restored... just needs some things here and there. One thing I wanted to fix right off the bat was the steering column and wheel... it has a '93 installed.

I found LMC sells the nice Tilt Wheel Steering Column kit with classic wood steering wheels.

I'm no gearhead, so I was wondering if anyone knew how hard of job this would be to swap out and what I could expect in labor charges. (I live in NE Ohio... if anyone can recommend an honest mech, all the better)

Thanks for any info.
