left rear lower than right rear... 2 inches

i noticed this problem and it seems to be getting worse. i have lowering springs. 5 inch ones from classic industries i think. the driver side tucks the tire a bit and the right rear has wheel gap. the bed is bolted on all the way and i have the rear centered with an adjustable track arm.

simply put you think it's in the coil spring quality?
