key cylinder replacement
After replacing the door locks, I have been attemping, without success, to remove the key cylinder. I insert the current key in the cylinder, turn the key to the left, insert a pin in the pinhole and although I feel a sping in the pinhole, the cylinder won't come out. Am I missing something. Thanks.
