Finally -- shop heat
A while ago, I had this stupid idea I could heat the new shop with an air-tight wood stove. 36' x 36' x 13' ceilings.
So, when I finally smartened up, here's what I went with. Natural gas-fired radiant tube heater - 60,000 BTUs 20 feet long with a 90 degree elbow at the half-way point. Whisper quiet. The next challenge is to get vapour barrier, drywall (gyprock) and insulation up there so I'm not heating the great outdoors through the roof vents. It's a long way up there.
