my truck is really slow.

its a brand new crate 350. holley dominator intake, edelbrock 600cfm carb, summit block hugger headers, and turbo mufflers.
the damn thing wont even burn the tires. i have the stock '67 rear end. and a 700r4 trans. i dont have my kickdown cable hooked up yet either. i figured i would atleast get a little squeal.
could it be the timing, or do i just not have enough motor?

by the way i have 20 inch rims on it.
