Question '66 c20 to disc and keepin the 8 lug, help!

ok so i got a '66 c20 3/4 ton that i'm swappin '84 c20 discs to. got the spindles and rotors on but my problem is the tie rod ends for the 66 don't work (larger diameter) on the 84 spindles, my question to you good fellows is, should i change the whole center link with tie rods from the 84, which i don't have anymore or can i find an adj. sleeve that would make the transition i need? or any other solutions would be welcome, thanx guys!:
