Here is the kit they used...

6772GSK5D 1967-72 Grand Slam Suspension/Brake Upgrade w/ 5-Lug Rotors, kit from Classic Performance

The rear wheels are 22's and the fronts are 20's I cant remember the tire size but will find out...
