Need opinions on 63 burb

I have been looking for a newer beater 4x4 to get me to work when needed. I'm essential personnel. I ran across this jewel. I'm on the fence and trying to decide if I'm getting screwed if I buy it. It's definitely cool, but very rusty. It also has 4 early mustang? seats instead of the originals. It is a factory 4x4 with 4spd trans, transfer case, drive shafts etc no engine or bell housing. The hood is perfect, everything else has issues. It comes with a disc brake front axle and some 64-6 body parts to cut for patches. It's more work than I want to deal with, but you know junk attracts me. What do you think? He's asking $1000
