14 Bolt SF

Came across a 14 bolt sf out of a 87 2500 4x4.Has anybody ever swapped one into their 2 wd , are they wider then my 1/2 ton 10 bolt? Can you just get the axles drilled to 5 on 5 pattern? Searched quite a bit and never really found an answer.Maybe not even worth it in the long run i don,t know.I bought another motor for my truck and i need to get rid of the 308 open rear for sure but now i,m just confused.I have a 10 bolt in my truck,a 12 bolt posi carrier in my garage (no gears) and now this 14 bolt but not sure which way will be the best way to go
