Help me Decide!

Seems like a good deal just don't know if I want to tackle all the rust. Especially inside at the window.

What do you think? I don't want to make this a WIW so I will tell you that i am about to pay $1100 for it and consider that a pretty good deal. I can always sell for parts.......

A/c, p/s, disc on front, doesn't run, bed has rust in it, needs rockers and one cab corner and rust repair at inside top of window.

Argh!!!! Want it bad......
