WIW Chevy fleetside tailgate

I'm not going to be using this tailgate that I bought. So I thought that I'd ask what it's worth. It is really straight with maybe a hair of a bow in towards the bed. Opposite the way it normally is. But very minor. On the top edge there is one dent. There is a bit of a depression where about 2 of the stamped letters are. the trim holes were filled preciously via welder and ground down. Sorry the pics aren't that great since they are from my cell phone. Soooo, what do you think?
