What to buy first?

Wheels or Suspension.
About to come into enough cash to buy my wheels and suspension, I am wondering which i should purchase first and why.

I am thinking wheels first to see how much I need to drop the truck in order to get the stance I want, but I was researching some 22's and 24's posts from back in the day and saw a previous post by 72BlckButy, which I have faith in, to do the opposite and and buy the suspension first.

In terms of BS (backspacing), each truck is designed differently than another so be sure to measure once, and then measure 3 more times.

For instance, I could provide you BS for a 67-70, but the rearends are narrower than the 71-72 rearends. Depending on whether or not disc spindles were used, they may widen the front end trac. I would locate a reputable wheel shop, or a good buddy that has ordered wheels before, and make sure the measurements will work. No need to waste money on parts you can't run in the end.

Another note... I would lower the truck first and then order wheels. Just my $.02...
