First Problem With My Efi Today

COMING HOME FROM WORK AND THE OLD TRUCK STARTED SPUTTERING LIKE IT WAS MISFIRING. IT WOULD COME AND GO. WHEN I WOULD GET UP TO SPEED IT WOULD START MISSING AND WHEN I WOULD SLOW DOWN IT WOULD START RUNNING A LITTLE BETTER. I TRIED TO PUNCH IT AND IT WOULD FALL ON IT'S NOSE. ENDED UP HAVING TO PULL OVER. TOOK THE AIR CLEANER OFF WITH THE TRUCK RUNNING AND WATCH THE INJECTORS PULSE, LOOKED OK. THEN HELD THE THROTTLE OPEN AND LET IT REV AT ABOUT 3500RPM AND THEN IT STARTED DYING OFF. I COULD SEE THE INJECTORS RUNNING OUT OF FUEL. FIRST THE ON FARTHEST FROM THE INLET THEN THE ONE CLOSEST AND THEN IT WOULD DIE. TOOK THE FUEL FILTER OFF( THE ONE BETWEEN TANK AND PUMP) AND MAN IT WAS PACKED FULL OF CRAP. NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH THE CARB SET UP. HAD TO BY PASS IT TO GET HOME. WELL, THAT WAS MY ADVENTURE FOR THE DAY. AT LEAST IT WASN'T A CLOGGE INJECTOR.
