engine trouble

so i posted this inthe engine section with no luck, my problem that when the truck is cool, at about 160, it shifts great. but when fully warmed upit sounds as if the engine is stumbling, i have to ease off the gas a bit for it to shift . this from 2nd to 3rd. however, once i do ****, if i push the pedal, my truck starts vibrating pretty bad. has anyone else had a similar problem??
