Ford bolt pattern rotors for disc conversion

Just thinking through my plan here. I have a Ford 9" sitting and waiting to swap out my tube rear on my 49. And I have Ford steelies.
With my desire to switch to disc in front I got to thinking since I'll need rotors why not get them in a Ford pattern? Then I can run the wheels I have as well as not having to pull axles and haul them around bla bla.
So is there such a thing ? I found a couple old threads mentioning it. But so far came up dead ends.

I could mess with bearings like this HAMB thread talks about but it kinda scares me.

TIA
