Introduction!!!

Well I've been getting information from this site for a while now so let me start out by saying thanks to everyone for the help you've already given me. My dad and I are finally kicking it into gear and going to restore my grandpa's truck. (Now Mine... But still his... you know what I mean)

It is a 1973 Chevy 3/4 ton 4WD longbed with a 454 and 700 tranny. I'm going to start a build thread once I get some more time to upload pictures and what not... but until then, here are a few teasers!




If you're wondering about the crazy paint situation going on, that is a result of a couple hour long fight with aircraft stripper. When we were done the word sandblast came to mind. HAHA




Bed off with old wood and slats removed.
