Worth Saving? (Spare tire+carrier)

I am currently now in the process of relocating the in cab fuel tank to the rear.. Question is the truck had the original under the bed spare tire, is the assembly + original tire worth saving? It is solid other than some surface rust, was in working order.

Thanks in advance, don't want to toss it in the scrap pile if I know people out there still desire these.
