Brake booster on an inline 6?

Alright, I want a little more (easier) stoppage power on my brakes but I don't want to spend alot. I want to know if it matters, and if it's possible to install any, or a specific brake booster on my '67.
The truck has the stock 250 Inline 6 with the stock Intake Manifold etc.. What all exactly would I have to buy, and would it hook up to my old intake? Also, can I buy just any brake booster, or does it have to be specific? Take this one for example: http://www.amazon.com/A1-Cardone-5473172-Power-Boo... http://www.amazon.com/A1-Cardone-5473172-Power-Boo...
Well?
