Well I got wise. When I found a '71 GMC 4x4 Jimmy for sale in Catalina AZ, in '95, with Calif plates, I kept the front one. I told the MVD the front plate had been stolen. [It was. By me.
] It's a blue and yellow. 2 digits, 3 digits, letter.
