Replacement panels for under the seat area?

I was looking at the floor of my blazer, and started noticing a lot of pin holes in the area under the driver's seat. The area feels pretty solid, but the fact that I can see light through it makes me know it needs to get fixed. Since I already have to re-do the front floor, would it make more sense to buy a complete floor pan? And if so, where could I get one.

Here is the floor part in question:
