Slip on steering wheel cover

Have any of you had luck with those slip on steering wheel coverson a stock Chevy Wheel? My steering wheel measures 16" in diameter, I notice all the slip on wheel covers state they fit a 15.5", I looked at a lot on Amazon and a lot of the reviews say they are very tight on a 15.5" wheel. I dont want one of those old covers that use the plastic twine to tie the cover on, I want one that makes the wheel fatter like a modern wheel. Have any of you had luck with a slip on cover on a 16" wheel? Thanks!
