best way to remove a stripped door handle/window crank bolt?

I've got two bolts giving me issues, on one door it's the inside handle, on the other door it's the window crank; both are stripped and won't budge a bit. I bought an ez-out kit but it doesn't look like I can get any of the bits in due to the bulky drill and the short nature of the bits. Any advice how I can get these things off?

Thanks!
