Opinions on carb/manifold comb.

My engine is a stock 350 with a busted Q-jet on it. Truck is '70 4X4 with granny 4 speed with 4:10 rear. Intended use is daily driver with very occasional offroad use. Keeping it stock is OK but installation of a new cam/manifold/carb. is not out of the question. Should I just try to find a good/new Q-jet or find something else? I know many of you on this board are very knowledgable on these matters and I value your advice. Can do a piece at a time or all at once, just need to get it running reliably again and soon.
