Question good idea or bad.........

im building a rear bag set up for my burb, and the lower mounts will hang the bag bracket cup about half way off the side of the trailing arm. and i was wondering if it would be ok if i built a bar to go from one trailing arm to the other, (between bag mounts) with adjustable rod end bushing on both ends to help reduce the twisting motion of the arms, but still alow them to move independently. will doing this be ok or will it want to fight the panhard bar, or would it not even be needed?

thanks in advance for any advice on this question of mine.
