Re: 1981 Z28 Camaro Project

The heads are Dart Iron Eagle cast iron. They have 230 cc runners and 72cc combustion chambers. I picked them to keep the compression where it should run on pump gas with the 2 valve relief Keith Black pistons. The cam is a Comp Cams Mutha Thumpr hydraulic flat tappet with the matching valve springs and valve train. Specs are here on Comp's website: http://www.compcams.com/Cam_Specs/Ca...?csid=108&sb=2 Video of idle in a '69 Camaro:
