quite panel truck

While working on work plan for my 69 panel . i was working on stereo system layout and start wondering how best to reduce road noise. The front cab parts pretty straight foward, but the rear is differant story.

Wondering if any of the panel guys hers have come up with any good ideas on this. I don't want to put carpet over the wood floor. I plan to run oak rear floor. Thought about going underside and insulating it some, affraid that sealing bottom side will cause it to rot a lot quicker.
