MPH and KPH Speedos

i would like to convert my speedo to KPH as thats what we use here
im thinking of if i just swap the gauge it self with a KPH would this work

what about the Cruise Control stuff? do i need to get a Buffer for a KPH one (Green Model)? what about the modual it self do i need to change that?
