Final run of the season
Last night was the final drags of the season here in Utah. so, I took my 71 C20 out just for the fun since the nova isn't done yet. I ran a 18.2 and an 17.9 (I know I'm a fast guy haha). I got smoked my first run by a 12 sec mustang but my second run I raced my buddy's little civic and prevailed he ran an 18.2So with me beating him I felt I wasn't the slowest vehicle out there. I'm sad to say I was the only old chev out there. Lot's of durmax's and one 97 K10 but nothing older than that so I stuck out like a sore thumb. I had alot of people say nice things about the truck and got asked tons of questions but it made me sad that I was the only one there. On the plus side of things there was a 62 belair with original the 409 and 4 speed. This car was so clean you could eat off it and the 409 man what a classic motor. Just thought I would share have a good one fella's.
