Installing a disc kit

I've searched around looking for a step by step thread on installing a disc conversion, but can't seem to find anything. Am I missing something? Anybody have one saved somewhere? My Brother's kit didn't come with instructions.

I know it's pretty straight forward, but it's my first and I don't want to mess it up.

Just wondering how this seal is supposed to go. Which way does the flange go and is it supposed to sit down flush with the spindle? Also, never packed a wheel bearing before, so any advice you can give is appreciated.
