4X4 body mount sleeve length??

I am needing to get the lengths of the body mount sleeves. I bought a Dayco body mount kit, and they do not include any sleeves. They reccommend re-using the OEM sleeves (Yah Right!) they are long gone. I need the lenghts of the 4 for the cab. If anyone can help I would appreciate it.

I wish I would have bought energy suspension, the last set of those I used had the sleeve molded into the mount.
